The Housing Preservation Program at JM Barnes Outreach Ministries provides essential home repairs for very low and low-income residents in rural Coweta County and surrounding areas. We help homeowners and rental property owners keep their homes safe, healthy, and livable. This prevents displacement and preserves affordable housing.
Our services include roof repair, plumbing and electrical upgrades, accessibility modifications for seniors and people with disabilities, HVAC repair, and exterior improvements. All work is completed by licensed, insured contractors, and services are offered at no cost to eligible households.
