At JM Barnes Outreach Ministries, we provide essential rental and utility assistance to individuals and families facing financial hardship, helping them avoid eviction and the disconnection of services. Beyond immediate financial relief, we offer resources and guidance to empower those we serve to regain stability, maintain their housing, and improve their quality of life. Our holistic approach addresses both the urgent needs and long-term solutions necessary to break the cycle of housing instability and prevent homelessness.

In addition to financial assistance, we are expanding our services to include fair housing education and advocacy. We aim to equip our community with the knowledge and support needed to recognize housing discrimination, understand their rights under the Fair Housing Act, and take action when those rights are violated. Our goal is to help create a more just and informed housing environment for everyone.

We work closely with individuals to provide not only monetary support but also education and tools, such as budgeting guidance, job search assistance, and access to community resources, to help them achieve sustainable self-sufficiency.
